Willem C. Vis Moot Court

The Willem C. Vis Moot is the world's largest student competition in the fields of international commercial arbitration and trade law, in which students from all over the world take on the role of lawyers and represent clients in a simulated arbitration hearing in a fictitious case.

More than 370 participating universities from around the world send their teams to compete with other participants in the “Olympics of International Trade Law.”

Leibniz Universität Hannover takes part in this prestigious competition every year under the direction of the Institute for Procedural Law and Attorney Regulations (IPA).
