It is organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) in Paris.
At Leibniz Universität Hannover, participants are supervised by the Institute for Procedural Law and Attorneys Regulations (IPA). The ICC Mediation Competition is an educational programme in the field of commercial mediation as part of alternative dispute resolution.
