Online-Seminar zum Thema LegalTech mit der Law Society of Hong Kong

_{The Law Society of Hong Kong and The German Federal Bar are proud to announce a joint seminar on the topic of „Developments in the field of LegalTech in Hong Kong and Germany”. The first topic to be discussed and compared by experts from both jurisdictions will be the legal basis of LegalTech. Especially the new German regulation on LegalTech, which will come into force on 1 October 2021, will have a vast impact on the landscape of legal services. We are happy to welcome Prof. Dr. Wolf, Professor on Civil Law, German, European and International Civil Procedure Law at the University of Hanover and independent expert of the German Parliaments Legal Affairs Committee on the LegalTech Act. In a second block, experts from both jurisdictions will give an overview of the LegalTech market in Germany and Hong Kong. The German prospective will be presented by Dr. Christian Lemke, Vice President of The German Federal Bar.}
